Brett is always saying that I never update my blog (he wants a new post everyday), so I thought I'd give a little update....the last one before we visit home for Christmas (the last update....not post)
Two cute girls. Yea, they look nice in the picture, but usually they are hitting or yelling or screaming at each other. I am a referee. Can't we all just get along?????
Quinnlyn was pretty excited when Santa showed up at our ward party. If you're wondering why her eye is shiny in all these pictures, it is because we just put some medicine on it...she still has her stye.
At our ward Christmas party. Avery refuses to look at the camera. She has to make everything so difficult. Don't her eyes look pretty in this picture? She is getting so big!
Here we are before our ward Chrismtas party. We are trying to teach Quinnlyn how to smile nicely for pictures (instead of her fake one's)....she's getting better.
Yummy Alfredo!!!! I just have to look away when she eats messy foods like this. The good thing: most of the time she uses a fork or spoon, and she is pretty good at it now.
Okay, we put Quinnlyn's hair in curlers today and I thought those and her backpack and 'fuzzy boot' made a great picture.
Brett likes to come home and check out our teeth and stuff. Here he is teaching Quinnlyn & Avery exactly how to brush on a 'model'. The next thing....he wants to put a rubber damm (don't really know what it is, but it doesn't sound too plesent) on ME! Um....I don't think so. I made it perfectly clear before we came out here, that the only thing he would be practicing on me is teeth whitening...NOTHING ELSE!
And here is Avery in her curlers. I thought she looked pretty cute.
So that is what we've been up to. Brett is done with classes, but he has two more finals next week. We are all trying to stay warm. It's snowed on Monday, but melted the next day (good thing too, cuz I can't drive in the snow). We get flurries a lot but nothing major. We try not to go outside too much. Tomorrow we're getting together with the LDS 1st year dental students for a X-mas party, and then we're just going to look forward to our visit home. We can't wait to see everyone!
