Easton

Easton
Easton is the cutest little boy we know! He rightfully earned the nickname 'BEASTY' when he was a baby and it has stuck with him. He is such a sweet little mommy's boy and we are ALL at his Beck and call. Easton loves cars, snacks, and playing outside. He is talking up a storm and it seems like he learns something new every single day. He is at such a fun age. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this little guy!

Ainslee

Ainslee
Ainslee is the baby and she just turned ONE!! This child is a handful!!! She hasn't quite grown out of the difficult phase.....that she has been in since she was born, but we still find ways to find her sweet side! Hearing her baby giggles and watching her discover & learn new things make all the whininess......just a little easier to deal with. Aaaahhh, we love this Ainslee Girl!!

Avery

Avery
Oh our cute little Avery! With her blue eyes & blonde hair, she is one of the cutest 4 year olds around!! This girl is stubborn! She definitely keeps us on our toes. She is quite unpredictable, which makes for a lot of laughs! Avery is our TREAT-FREAK! We can always guess what is on her mind. My favorite thing about Avery is her smiles. She always has one for us no matter what and that makes everyones day just a little better. She attends preschool and says she doesn't like it, but secretly we know she does ;). We are so lucky to have this cute girl in our family! We can't get enough of her.

Kobe Dylan

Kobe Dylan
Kobe is our first child, born in 2004. He was 4 months early and weighed a whopping 1 lb. 4 oz.! We got to be with Kobe for 4 wonderful weeks. I feel so blessed to have been chosen to raise one of God's perfect children. We love him and thank Heavenly Father everyday that he is part of our family. We have a treasure in heaven.

Quinnlyn

Quinnlyn
Quinnie just turned 6! She is growing faster than we can keep up with! She loves going to first grade and is doing really well! She picks up on things very quickly and LOVES learning. She's seriously a sponge. Her favorite thing to do is write notes and draw pictures for her friends & family. You should see our continual stack of papers. Quinnlyn is creative & spunky & totally independant. We love her like crazy!

My mom says I need to do a new post....because she is tired of looking at the same one day after day. So, I thought really hard about something interesting to write about and unfortunatley, there just isn't a whole lot going on! So, for lack of anything better....

We are experiencing 'Arctic Air' (as described on the news) here in the midwest. Basically it is freezing cold. Cold enough that they canceled or delayed school for the kids. We got 2-3 inches of snow yesterday and so I bundled the girls up in their new snowsuits and let them play for a bit. They looked like puffy little marshmallows

We attempted a snowman, but the snow was too powdery to do much of anything...and it was windy so we were freezing.

Here are the girls playing on there bike & scooter a few days ago. Avery really wants to use the pedals, but she is too short to even reach them.

Brett went back to school on the 5th of January. His schedule doesn't seem to be any different. Can I just tell you how relieved I am that dental school isn't half as bad as I expected. It seems like Brett is around more than he has ever been in our almost 6 years of marriage. In fact, he has taken some time off so I could go to the doctor & dentist (which by the way I have a few cavities....4...shame on me...the wife of a soon-to-be dentist). It's hard not having family close to babysit on short notice.

Lately I have been in a crafty mood. Unfortunatley, nobody I know out here is into crafts that much...I miss my crafty neighbors (Clenece & Jamie)...we always seemed to be doing some sort of project. Nevertheless, I did manage to sew a wipe/diaper case (with some super cute fabric...that was on sale), and I re-did Quinnlyn's letters in her room, and mod podged a frame for Avery.

My next project is to make some bracelts. AND, the 50% off clearance sale at Old Navy is beginning tomorrow!!!! I am sooooo excited. This is my stock-up-for-the-whole-year sale. (In case you were wondering, I have no idea if your Old Navy is doing it....they are all different.)

Well, Avery is begging for a nap (no really. She is saying "Mommy...nap") so there is a post for you.

...and yes bad girl on the teeth. Good thing your hubby is going to be a dentist! I am sure my teeth will be getting bad too!

I think the teeth thing is partly genetics. Kenna has a total of 7 cavities and I have taken Gracie and Ethan to the dentist 3 times now and they have never had any cavities. Go figure! Speaking of crafty, do you have a sewing machine? They have these super cute patterns for aprons at walmart. I want to make one they are "retro" aprons. Miss Ya!
