I (Brett) don't post on these blog things, but I wanted to surprise my wife and tell her Happy Birthday!! I also wanted to tell her that I love her more than anything (including basketball and ice cream).
I know I don't always show it, but I do love you Kim and you are my best friend. Marrying you was the best decision I have made in my life. We (our children and I) love you so much and are so blessed to have you in our family.
Now, a little post for the rest of you.
Keep in mind that I hate doing these things (don't forget that this is Brett posting) and this is also my first post and will probably suck. Oh yeah, I don't have many pictures saved on my computer so I'm just using old, pics for this post.
Anyway, Things are going great here. School is getting really busy now, but oh well. The kids are doing great. They are both so fun to be around. Of course they have attitude at times, but they also make me laugh and they know exactly how to melt a father's heart. They are both learning and growing so much every day.
Kim seems to be doing great too. Of coarse she complains at times, but she's a women and a wife and mother, so you can't expect much else. Ha Ha, just kidding. She does have to put up with me, so you would expect her to be pulling her hair out, but she does great. She is amazing.
On Friday (the 14th), one of my friends watched our kids and I took Kim out to dinner and a movie, which is what she wanted. So, of course we went to Red Lobster. While we were there, the bus-boy (whatever they're called) said to us, "there's no way you guys are married already, you're too young". Which of course made us feel good. We told him that we also have a couple kids, and he was kind of weirded out. Anyway, so even though Kim is getting old and turning 26, she still looks young and beautiful. (I just like to kid her that she is getting old because she tells me I'm an old man, especially since she found a few grey hairs on my head (I think they are actually blonde hairs)).
Anyway, our dinner was great and we then went to 'TIME TRAVELERS WIFE', which I think she really enjoyed.
Well, that's a little post from me about us, and don't expect it to happen again.
Once again I want to tell Kim Happy Birthday and that I LOVE YOU. (even if you are getting old)
Love you.

I love it. What a great guy. Cute pics Brett and Kim. And getting older is the best. Kim you are like a roast in the crock pot the longer you cook it the more tender and yummy it is. Ha ha did you like that analogy. I just love analogies. Anyway. Happy B day.
