Easton

Easton
Easton is the cutest little boy we know! He rightfully earned the nickname 'BEASTY' when he was a baby and it has stuck with him. He is such a sweet little mommy's boy and we are ALL at his Beck and call. Easton loves cars, snacks, and playing outside. He is talking up a storm and it seems like he learns something new every single day. He is at such a fun age. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this little guy!

Ainslee

Ainslee
Ainslee is the baby and she just turned ONE!! This child is a handful!!! She hasn't quite grown out of the difficult phase.....that she has been in since she was born, but we still find ways to find her sweet side! Hearing her baby giggles and watching her discover & learn new things make all the whininess......just a little easier to deal with. Aaaahhh, we love this Ainslee Girl!!

Avery

Avery
Oh our cute little Avery! With her blue eyes & blonde hair, she is one of the cutest 4 year olds around!! This girl is stubborn! She definitely keeps us on our toes. She is quite unpredictable, which makes for a lot of laughs! Avery is our TREAT-FREAK! We can always guess what is on her mind. My favorite thing about Avery is her smiles. She always has one for us no matter what and that makes everyones day just a little better. She attends preschool and says she doesn't like it, but secretly we know she does ;). We are so lucky to have this cute girl in our family! We can't get enough of her.

Kobe Dylan

Kobe Dylan
Kobe is our first child, born in 2004. He was 4 months early and weighed a whopping 1 lb. 4 oz.! We got to be with Kobe for 4 wonderful weeks. I feel so blessed to have been chosen to raise one of God's perfect children. We love him and thank Heavenly Father everyday that he is part of our family. We have a treasure in heaven.

Quinnlyn

Quinnlyn
Quinnie just turned 6! She is growing faster than we can keep up with! She loves going to first grade and is doing really well! She picks up on things very quickly and LOVES learning. She's seriously a sponge. Her favorite thing to do is write notes and draw pictures for her friends & family. You should see our continual stack of papers. Quinnlyn is creative & spunky & totally independant. We love her like crazy!

Love this Boy!!!

EASTON'S BIRTH ANNOUNCEMENT

And speaking of Easton. He is almost 5 weeks old. Time has flown by. Even with all the crying he does! Really, he is the fussiest baby out of all of mine (although not as fussy as some I've known, and for that I am SOOOOO grateful). We started medicine for reflux because he is showing all the symptoms for it: arching his back, crying after and during feeding, refusing to eat, some spit-up. We'll see how it works.

He smiled at me today. Actually a few days ago, but I had to be certain that he was doing it intentionally....and I am certain. He's done it several times & it's the sweetest thing ever. We'll see if I EVER catch it on camera. If I'm not holding him, then he is usually crying, not smiling.

He weighs 9 lbs. 1 oz.

Of course EVERYBODY that sees him comments on his hair...but the second thing people say is that he already looks like a little man and not like a baby. Basically, I think it all comes down to the hair. And I do LOVE his hair too. I will never get sick of his 'Mo-Mo' (mohawk).

He doesn't have many nicknames at this point....but he does have a few, and unfortunately they aren't great. We call him Easton Beaston the most. I knew that would happen when we were considering his name but let's be honest, he is a Beast a lot of the times. We also call him Easty. And of course Buddy which is what everyone calls their little boys right? I think I am going to start calling him 'BIRD' since he has the cutest chicken legs.

We can always count on him pooping while he is eating. Out with the old, in with the new I guess.

We don't have a schedule. Seems like we should at this point, but I am trying not to base him on previous kids. The only thing I can really count is him going to bed at about 8 (in his crib....so we've got that going for us) and waking for his first feeding at 11-12. Also he will be up for about 2 hours in the morning before taking a long nap. He is NOT sleeping well at night, & I am getting frustrated. He is up at least every 2 hours. Will it ever end???

He had the cutest newborn cry. I always wondered why people said babies cried like this: "Wah-Wah-Wah" but that is exactly what his cry sounds like. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!

Since my arms are usually busy holding Easton while he is doing something 'Picture Worthy' I don't have many to post. I will try to do better.

Perfect fit!! He was so content.

Finally enjoying bathtime.

I am counting down the days to when I get to hold this handsome boy. Sorry he isn't sleeping better, about all the crying but he is one cute Buddy! (ha ha that is what I call Jake) Like the nicknames the girls are calling Jake, Jaker Baker, sometimes just Baker which is weird to me but oh well. Tell the girls hi. We are excited to see them and you and Brett as well.

He is so darling! You really are lucky to have all that hair to work with, what a babe. Sorry about the fussiness...I'm getting scared for that. Makayla was pretty fussy, that means I'm due for a good one, right?

Are you ever coming to St. George? We need to have lunch and catch up. Our girls would have a great time together!

He is a cutie! I am telling you there is something about that third baby that makes you relax about all the things you used to worry about(like getting on a schedule). Enjoy, they grow waaaay to fast (I know I sound like an old lady but it is true!).

What a little cutie! I love the picture of him in the sink. It reminds me of how we used to bath McKenna once upon a time. We can't wait to see you guys in a couple of months!

Sorry to hear about all the crying and fussiness. Hopefully the med's will help.
