Easton

Easton
Easton is the cutest little boy we know! He rightfully earned the nickname 'BEASTY' when he was a baby and it has stuck with him. He is such a sweet little mommy's boy and we are ALL at his Beck and call. Easton loves cars, snacks, and playing outside. He is talking up a storm and it seems like he learns something new every single day. He is at such a fun age. We LOVE LOVE LOVE this little guy!

Ainslee

Ainslee
Ainslee is the baby and she just turned ONE!! This child is a handful!!! She hasn't quite grown out of the difficult phase.....that she has been in since she was born, but we still find ways to find her sweet side! Hearing her baby giggles and watching her discover & learn new things make all the whininess......just a little easier to deal with. Aaaahhh, we love this Ainslee Girl!!

Avery

Avery
Oh our cute little Avery! With her blue eyes & blonde hair, she is one of the cutest 4 year olds around!! This girl is stubborn! She definitely keeps us on our toes. She is quite unpredictable, which makes for a lot of laughs! Avery is our TREAT-FREAK! We can always guess what is on her mind. My favorite thing about Avery is her smiles. She always has one for us no matter what and that makes everyones day just a little better. She attends preschool and says she doesn't like it, but secretly we know she does ;). We are so lucky to have this cute girl in our family! We can't get enough of her.

Kobe Dylan

Kobe Dylan
Kobe is our first child, born in 2004. He was 4 months early and weighed a whopping 1 lb. 4 oz.! We got to be with Kobe for 4 wonderful weeks. I feel so blessed to have been chosen to raise one of God's perfect children. We love him and thank Heavenly Father everyday that he is part of our family. We have a treasure in heaven.

Quinnlyn

Quinnlyn
Quinnie just turned 6! She is growing faster than we can keep up with! She loves going to first grade and is doing really well! She picks up on things very quickly and LOVES learning. She's seriously a sponge. Her favorite thing to do is write notes and draw pictures for her friends & family. You should see our continual stack of papers. Quinnlyn is creative & spunky & totally independant. We love her like crazy!

From the 'Easty-Beasty'

"Yes....that is what they call me these days. I guess it's because I cry so often. But I think I am getting better----a little.

I am 8 weeks old. Mom tells me everyday that I am getting bigger. She also tells me to stop growing so fast. But I can't help it. It must be from eating every 2 hours. Really. I still do that. I know most babies my age aren't eating so frequently....and I know mom would like a little break....but I am the boss. I went to the doctor 2 days ago & I weighed 11 pounds. Thanks for the food Mom. You're the BEST!!!!!

I sleep okay. Sometimes, if I sleep in Dad's room (downstairs in the living room), I will sleep for 7-8 hours. Dad sleeps on the couch & I sleep next to him in my bouncer & if I start to wake up, he just gives me a little bounce and I drift off again. Mom likes to get a lot of uninterrupted sleep. And dad really likes to bounce me all night long. If I sleep in my own room (still in my bouncer), I wake up twice...because there is no one there to bounce me back to sleep.

I think Mom is starting to figure me out a little bit. I like when she rocks me to sleep when I am tired. I especially like to sit outside on the porch with her in the white rocking chair. I always stop fussing when we are doing that. I also like when she puts my blanket right up next to my face while I am falling asleep....that gets me everytime!

My sisters are pretty nice I guess. They sure are noisy though. I like when they talk to me when mom is busy. They even give me my binky when it falls out. It falls out a lot. Avery doesn't like to hold me....she's only done it once. But Quinnlyn is getting pretty good at it. She thinks it's cool to stand up while holding me....but mom doesn't think that is a good idea (and neither do I).

Now I know that boys aren't as fun to dress (that's what mom says), but you can't deny that I look pretty handsome in this outfit. Mom is actually pretty successful in finding me clothes. Successful meaning she probably spends to0 much on teeny tiny clothes that I am only going to fit into for a few months at the most. Right now I wear size 3 months.

I am getting good at holding my head up. And I like to stand (with help of course). If I am laying on my back I twist around and get close to rolling over. However, I think it will be a while before I actually do it, because I am usually making people hold me. I don't get a lot of practice time.

People like when I do this. The combination of my mohawk & my cute smile gets them EVERYTIME! The other day some lady rubbed her hand all over my head. She must've REALLY loved my hair. It's getting pretty long. I wonder if mom will give me a hair cut soon.

Here I am chillin' with dad. I don't 'CHILL' very often....so mom had to capture it on camera.

Mom keeps giving me GROSS medicine for my Acid Reflux. I really hate it & I usually scream my head off. If I try to spit it out, mom squeezes my cheeks. It's not nice....and I usually scream louder. We do this twice a day. She's also making me take 'probiotics'. She's been doing internet research on 'infant reflux' and wants to try different things that have helped other babies. So...I have been going to a chiropractor. I like it. She gives me a massage, & I just lay there. I even went to sleep during my first treatment. Last time she hung me upside down. I didn't cry...but it was a little unexpected. I hope something starts working, because it hurts when I eat.

So that's me at 8 weeks.

Oh, the things we will do to get those babies happy and sleeping!!!! I tried probiotics with Carter and they seemed to help. I take them and I can definitely tell a difference when I don't take them. I thought about going to an infant chiropractor, too, but then Carter started getting less fussy. I hope Easton will for you SOON!! He sure is a little stud!

Love it!

I can't believe how much he looks like Brett. I guess that's what our boys do best - make clones of themselves!

Easty beasty-I can't wait to hold you. I'll be happy to give your mom and dad a break. By the way, Mom's not going to have the white rocking chair for a few weeks--so be good to her in Utah. You are so cute, I think you look a lot like your dad.
