I got a new camera for my birthday, so I made my girls go with me to do an ‘experimental’ photo shoot. They were totally up for it until we started. And then they were more interested in the SOYBEANS, & the TRAIN TRACKS. But I did manage to get a few good ones (fake smiles are over-rated). And even if I didn’t, the purpose was to figure out my camera settings and such. So it was a semi-successful trip.
Thank goodness for photoshop because I lost my light by the time we made it to the train tracks.
This girl did not want to cooperate. So I finally just let her do her own thing. What I didn’t post were the pictures of her undies showing…..which were about half of the ones I took.
I am still trying to remember how to get my aperture & shutter speed correct. It’s been a good 4 years since I took my photography class. I think it is going to take me a couple tries though. I didn’t want the trees to be as out-of-focus as they are. Oh well.
I got a little more cooperation out of this one.
We had a few cars stop & ask us if we were alright. One let me know that we shouldn’t be playing on the train tracks. I don’t think he realized I was an adult until I turned around.
Fun times on a Sunday evening with my new camera & two cute girls.
