My Day 3 was awesome. No major cravings, no hunger, even my meals were edible and quite enjoyable. I wouldn’t go so far as to say they were DELICIOUS, but what can one expect?
BREAKFAST-Green Smoothie
LUNCH- Leftover Lettuce Wraps
DINNER- Salad with Cucumbers, corn (raw, cut off the cob), tomatoes, fresh pineapple, apples, and fresh lemon juice. It doesn’t sound great, but it was pretty good. The juice from the fruit made it so I didn’t miss the salad dressing.
DESSERT- Banana ice cream
I feel fine. Some people have side effects from Detoxing like headaches, bloating, mood swings….but I only had a headache the first day (I always get them even if I’m not detoxing). I can’t say I feel better than normal though. I’m still tired…my skin looks the same…etc. But I still have 4 days to go so we’ll see.
I can’t believe I’ve made it this long! I will for sure make it to the end now. The first few days are always the worst.

glad you had a good day! I didn't have cravings until I went to pick up luke from lindsey's today and brady was eating cheese-its. MMMMMMMM
Wow, I'm interested to hear how the rest of the week goes! Sounds hard just because you can't add dressing and that stuff to make it taste like what you'd be used to. I try to eat healthy, but that still includes healthier home made dressing and cooked stuff! I was trying to think of things from my diet that I COULD eat, but I don't think most of them would apply! Good luck!
