Brett & the girls bought me a Beach Cruiser bike. It's so cute. I also got a Barbie birthday cake from the girls :).
After Brett came home from school, we went out to dinner at a Japenese restaurant (where they cooked the food in front of us). It was yummy and it's always nice to spend time with just my husband where I don't have to worry about making sure my kids are climbing on the table or something. Two girls from Brett's class offered to babysit for us which was so nice of them.
And as you can see in the pictures......
I got my braces off!!!
Honestly, these last 7 months haven't been too terrible. My biggest issue was just that I didn't want any pictures taken of myself. My orthodontist was fantastic and I am so lucky that he was nice enough to offer me free braces. He did a great job on my teeth & I LOVE my smile :) I now get to wear a retainer day & night for 6 more months & then just nights for the rest of my life. I can handle that....I've always wanted a retainer (seriously).
What a great birthday!!

Your teeth look awesome!! Looks like you had a great birthday! Super cute bike.
As always, you look great! I am jealous of your bike. I told Matt I wanted one and he just laughed and told me I was a nerd. You need to bring it to Florida and use it for what it is intended for ;)
your smile looks GREAT!! sounds like a fun date dinner! ps. I thought you were getting permanent retainers.. not the removable ones??
Look those beautiful teeth!! Happy Happy late birthday again!!
I used to "make" a retainer out of paperclips and gum when I was little!! :) I am glad you had a great birthday! You look GREAT!
